Our services are custom and delivered through dedicated time and labor. Because work begins specifically for you once a project is approved, the following applies:

For recurring plans such as website maintenance, you may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future charges; payments already made for the current period are non-refundable, but service continues until the end of that period.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email support@starahcineweb.com with your name, the project or invoice reference, and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.

6. Exceptions

Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (such as domain registration, premium themes, plugins, or stock media) are non-refundable once purchased, as these are paid to third parties.
